Les tarifs tiennent compte d'éventuelles réductions who seraient consenties par le Vendeur sur le site https://pet-talk.thinkific.com Ces tarifs sont fermes and not révisables pendant their période de validité mais le Vendeur se réserve le droit, hors période de validité d’en modifier les banner à tout moment. Le paiement demandé au Client correspond au montant total de l'achat, y compris ces frais. ARTICLE 3 – COMMANDES

ARTICLE 3A - CUSTOMER AREA - ACCOUNT
In order to place an order, the customer is invited to create an account (personal area). To do this, he must register by filling in the form that will be proposed to him at the time of his order and undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding his marital status and contact details, in particular his email address as well as information about his dog. The customer is responsible for updating the information provided. It is specified that he can change them by logging into his account. To access his personal space and order histories, the customer must identify himself using his username and password which will be communicated to him after registration and which are strictly personal. As such, the customer shall refrain from any disclosure. Otherwise, he will remain solely responsible for the use that will be made. The customer may also request his unsubscription by going to the dedicated page on his personal space or sending an email to : [email protected]. This will be effective within a reasonable time. In case of non-compliance with the general conditions of sale and / or use, the site https://pet-talk.thinkific.com will have the possibility to suspend and / or close the account of a customer after formal notice sent electronically and remained without effect. Any account deletion, for whatever reason, results in the deletion of all personal information of the customer. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of the seller. ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS
The price is paid by secure payment, according to the following methods : payment by Credit Card, paypal. The price is payable in cash by the customer, on the day of placing the order. The payment data are exchanged in encrypted mode thanks to the protocol defined by the authorized payment provider intervening for banking transactions carried out on the site https://pet-talk.thinkific.com. Payments made by the customer will only be considered final after the seller has actually collected the sums due. The seller will not be obliged to deliver the services / products ordered by the customer if the latter does not pay the price in full under the conditions indicated above.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERIES
The services ordered by the customer will be delivered on definition of a niche chosen by the customer in order to carry out his video education course. The slots of the courses take place within a period of between 2 to 15 days at the email address indicated by the customer when ordering on the site. Delivery consists of the transfer to the customer of physical possession or control of the product / services. Regarding the services, these can be done in several times, according to the formula chosen at the time of placing the order as well as the availability of the calendar slots. The seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products and services ordered by the customer within the deadlines specified above. If the products / and / or Services ordered have not been delivered within 20 days after the indicative date of delivery or the niche chosen online, for any reason other than force majeure or the fact of the customer, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the customer under the conditions provided for in articles L 216-2, l 216-3 and L241-4 of the consumer code. The sums paid by the customer will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days after the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding. The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto, will be realized only when the customer has completed all the courses, number defined at the time of placing the order according to the behavioral problems of the dog.

ARTICLE 6 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The transfer of ownership of the services from the seller to the customer will be carried out only after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said Services and / or products.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Selon les modalités de l'article L221-18 du Code de la Consommation «le consommateur dispose d'un délai de quatorze jours pour exercer son droit de rétractation d'un contrat conclu à distance, à la suite d'un démarrage téléphonique ou hors établissement, sans avoir à motiver sa décision ni à supporter d'autres coûts que ceux prévus aux articles L. 221-23 à L. 221-25. Pour les contrats conclus hors établissement, le consommateur peut exercer son droit de rétractation à compter de la conclusion du contrat. Dans le cas d'une commande portant sur plusieurs services effectués séparément ou dans le cas d'une commande d'un bien composé de lots ou de pièces multiples dont la livraison est échelonnée sur une période définie, le délai court à compter de la réception du dernier bien ou service/ cours. Le droit de rétractation peut être exercé en ligne, à l'aide du formulaire de rétractation ci-joint et également disponible sur le site ou de toute autre déclaration, dénuée d'ambiguïté, exprimant la volonté de se rétracter et notamment par courrier postal adressé au Vendeur aux coordonnées postales ou mail indiquées à l'article 1 des CGV. Les retours sont à effectuer dans leur état d'origine et complets (emballage, accessoires, notice...) pour les produits permettant leur recommercialisation à l'état neuf, accompagnés de la facture d'achat. Les produits endommagés, salis ou incomplets ne sont pas repris. Les frais de retour restant à la charge du Client. Concernant les services, ceux-ci ne peuvent pas être remboursés une fois qu'ils sont effectués. L'échange (sous réserve de disponibilité) ou le remboursement sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception, par le Vendeur, des Produits retournés par le Client dans les conditions prévues au présent article.

ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER:

He undertakes to have a health record and the dog identification card when signing the contract (1st online session). Vaccination for kennel cough (Pneumodog or Noviback KC intranasally) is strongly advised. The owner will have to insure his dog as part of his civil liability. The owner of a Category 1 and 2 dog, described in the law of January 6, 1999, must have a certificate of civil liability insurance, the declaration in the town hall and the license to hold category dogs before the first service. The owner must be of age and capable, minors must be accompanied by a person of age and capable and must present a parental authorization to participate in the online courses. The courses will be exclusively reserved for the owners, they will in no case be allowed to be accompanied by persons outside the service. Otherwise, PetTalk reserves the right to cancel the course that will be considered completed. A session can be shifted twice depending on the availability of the educator, otherwise, after two cancellations, the sessions are due and cannot be recovered. The owner is solely responsible for his dog. The client undertakes to put into practice with discipline the advice and habits provided by the educator during the sessions, otherwise, PetTalk can not commit to results. In order to properly educate the dog, the client must be aware that the work is carried out between the educator, the owner and the dog. It is imperative that the master implement the exercises, tips and habits in everyday life. No course can be refunded once done, the owner undertakes to go to the end of the number of Sessions defined in order to ensure an in-depth educational work. If an educator recognizes any form of animal abuse or any form of abuse, PetTalk reserves the right to cancel the course (s) that will be considered completed.

ARTICLE 9 - SELLER'S LIABILITY-WARRANTIES
